Prizes

There shall be 1 winner and 3 merit recipients for each of the 5 floors.

Each winner will win prize money of USD10, 000.00, a 2-year subscription to the FuturArc magazine and a plaque/trophy.
Each merit recipient will be given a certificate.

The winner of each floor could also be awarded the contract to realise their winning design but it is not obligatory that a legal contract must be awarded pursuant to their winning design. This shall take place after the competition is over and it will be a legal agreement between the winner/s and Capital City Property. BCI Asia will organise the competition within the stipulated time frame to find winners for each floor but not under obligation to secure a legal contract for the winners of the competition.

Prizes will be given on merit, regardless of country of origin.

Prizes given to Team Entrants are to be shared at the discretion of the team members.

Jurors shall have full freedom to decide on the winners. The Jury’s decision shall be final and binding.

The Competition Organiser reserves the right to not award any prize where the Jurors agree that submissions are of insufficient quality.
